Trilux Detailing – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and expectations for services provided by Trilux Detailing By booking a service, you the client agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional mobile car detailing services at the location of your choice. Service levels and pricing are detailed on our website or communicated during booking. All work is performed with industry-standard tools, equipment, and cleaning products.

2. Appointments and Access
​

The Client must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.

A safe, accessible, and legal location to perform services (e.g., driveway, parking lot) is required.

If access is not available at the time of the appointment, it may be considered a no-show and subject to fees (see Section 4).

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods: [cash, credit/debit card, mobile payments, etc.].

Invoices (if applicable) must be paid within 30 days of issue.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service fee, whichever is greater.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a free re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Limitations & Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, clear coat failure, rust, deep scratches, or defects that cannot be corrected through detailing.

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Trilux Detailing is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing issues, manufacturer defects, or aftermarket parts.

Certain services (e.g., stain removal, odor treatment) are not guaranteed to be 100% effective due to the severity or age of the issue.

7. Weather Policy

In the case of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at a convenient time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and child car seats before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Inform us of any mechanical or cosmetic issues prior to service (e.g., leaks, alarms, sensitive areas).

9. Photos and Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for documentation and marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Modifications
​
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request and on our website.
