At Trilux Detailing, we are committed to providing high-quality professional detailing services and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of our mobile detailing business.
Refund Policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including returning to re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.

2. Refund Eligibility
​
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service was not performed as described or agreed upon.

Cancellation notice was provided within the allowable time frame (see below).

Customer dissatisfaction reported and verified within 24 hours, and rework was either not possible or declined.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed appointments without prior cancellation (see Section 4).

Services that were completed and signed off at the time of service.

Natural wear, deep stains, or pre-existing damage that could not be resolved through detailing.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be charged a $25 late cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service fee, depending on the scope of the job.

“No-shows” are not eligible for refunds and may be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing question, please contact us at [Your Phone Number] or [Your Email Address] within 7 days of the transaction. We will work quickly to resolve any issues.

5. Refund Process
​
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash payments may be refunded via check or service credit.

6. Service Limitations
​
Some issues (e.g., permanent stains, clear coat damage, excessive pet hair, or odors) may not be fully resolved through detailing. Our technicians will inform you of these limitations prior to beginning service. Refunds will not be issued for conditions beyond the scope of standard detailing work.
